Prevention: P261 Avoid breathing dust/ fume/ gas/ mist/ vapours/ spray. P262 Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. P264 Wash skin thoroughly after handling. P270 Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. P271 Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. P280 Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection/ face protection. SPECIAL HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS - Due to the unique hazards associated with hydrogen fluoride (HF), facilities need to have access to emergency showers, proper personal protective equipment (PPE), a supply of calcium gluconate gel, and complete training of all individuals on proper PPE and procedures Response: P301 + P310 + P330 IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Rinse mouth. P301 + P330 + P331 IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. P302 + P350 + P310 IF ON SKIN: Gently wash with plenty of soap and water. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/ physician. P303 + P361 + P353 IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. P304 + P340 + P310 IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. P305 + P351 + P338 + P310 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. P362 Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. SUPPLEMENTAL MEDICAL TREATMENT - Get immediate medical attention while applying and massaging in 2.5% calcium gluconate gel to the skin. Storage: P405 Store locked up. Disposal: P501 Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulation.
